A performance goal refers to a specific objective or target that an individual sets for themselves in regards to their performance or achievement. It involves aiming for a level of accomplishment that is within the person's perceived capabilities.
Self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their own ability to successfully accomplish tasks or achieve goals.
Flow is the state of complete absorption and enjoyment in an activity, where individuals are fully engaged and focused on what they are doing.
Motivation refers to the internal drives or desires that influence our behavior and actions towards achieving goals.
