Definition

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on teaching individuals skills to manage their emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop coping mechanisms. It combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy with mindfulness techniques.
